Craig Fairley, Owner and Creative Director of Imagine Creative Communications is pleased to announce that it has won a silver award in the 2008 Summit Creative Awards. We already knew that the work we do is a winner according to our clients, but it has been a thrill to learn that the international creative community has recognized it as well.

The winning entry was a small brochure designed for marketing and sales specialist Wendy Marlow of The Art of Marketing, also a local Burlington business. Working on the concept of her consulting services as a guide on the journey through the marketing and sales process, we developed a brochure that has the look and feel of a road map, complete with highways, towns and geographical features. We had a lot of fun creating this piece, inventing the map and its features.

The Summit Creative Award was created to recognize and celebrate the creative accomplishments of small and medium sized creative companies throughout the world with annual billings of under $30 million. Over the last decade, the competition has established itself as the premier arbiter of creative excellence for firms of this size. Using rigorous evaluative criteria, it is the only competition rewarding those firms truly deserving of top recognition for creativity. Submissions are evaluated based on the strength of their big idea, the quality of execution and their ability to communicate and persuade. This year there were submissions from 30 countries.
